Our Story:

Without Limits Foundation began at Millikan High School in Long Beach, California, as a student-led after-school dance program. But what started as a small club quickly grew into something that reshaped the way students connected with one another.

As students began moving together, the impact was felt far beyond the dance floor. School hallways were filled with familiar smiles, spontaneous high-fives, and friendships that carried into everyday school life. Inclusion stopped being an idea and became something students experienced daily.

The energy created was contagious, and we knew it couldn't end at the high school.

Today, Without Limits Foundation is a trusted presence in the Long Beach community, offering adaptive dance and sports programs that bring neurodiverse teens and young adults together with neurotypical peers. Central to our model are one-on-one buddy pairings, where meaningful relationships form naturally. Neurodiverse participants build confidence, self-expression, and connection, while neurotypical volunteers grow as leaders, advocates, and empathetic community members.

What began as a high school program has grown into a community-driven movement, one grounded in the belief that inclusion is strongest when it is shared amongst peers!

Our Vision:

We envision a future where individuals of all abilities are empowered by movement and purpose. Our goal is to expand programming to reach more communities, providing even more opportunities for neurodiverse individuals to connect, thrive, and shine. We dream of a society where inclusivity isn't an initiative, it's a norm.
