Adaptive Dance Classes!

Our doors are wide open to anyone who loves to move! Without Limits offers joyful, welcoming weekly dance classes where dancers can:

Explore hip-hop, jazz, tap, ballet, yoga, and more
Build confidence, creativity, and movement skills
Make new friends and experience the joy of teamwork
Get stage-ready for exciting community performances

Throughout the year, our dancers have opportunities to shine at USC, Southern California Special Olympics events, adaptive sports fairs, galas, and more. Whether learning a new step, meeting a new friend, or taking the stage, every dancer is welcomed, included, and celebrated!

Class is held weekly on Wednesdays at 3:30 and 4:30 pm in Long Beach, Lakewood Village!

Adaptive Dance Class Tuition is $160 per month, including 4 dance classes and special performance opportunities.
Note: Without Limits works with both Regional Center and SDP Financial Management Services to ensure all dancers are able to participate!
Dance classes are open to all!
Note: Without Limits may request 1:1 PA support for any dancer who may need additional care to be successful in our program.

Sports Explorers

Sports Explorers gives participants the chance to try a variety of sports in a fun, supportive team environment!
Each session features a DIFFERENT activity—including tennis, baseball, skateboarding, flag football, soccer, and more—while building confidence, teamwork, and new skills!
E-Sports Explorers

In collaboration with Long Beach City College, participants will dive into the exciting world of electronic gaming!
Across three action-packed esports sessions, gamers will explore Fortnite, Rocket League, creative building, and more while using state-of-the-art equipment to become elite gamers!
Adventure Explorers

Adventure Explorers will offer exciting, high-energy experiences that get participants moving outdoors and discovering new environments!
Through activities such as sailing, hiking, high ropes courses, water sports, and more, participants will step outside their comfort zones, try new things, and discover just how brave and adventurous they can be!
