🏹 CampFire Adventure Day

🌊 Crystal Cove Ranger Hike and Beach Day

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Once you complete the registration form, Without Limits will email you additional program details, including event locations. We keep locations private to help protect the safety of our participants and staff. We’ll also create a group chat for participants and families in each Explorer program to share reminders, smaller updates, and event details throughout the season.


  • No, Explorers programs are offered as a full program membership. You must enroll and pay the membership fee to participate in any of the events. Membership includes access to all activities; individual event registration is not available.


  • Participation is limited to registered Explorer members. Your membership fee helps cover the payments we make to our partner organizations to bring these experiences to our community. Anyone who arrives without registering will be unable to participate and will be asked to leave the activity.


  • Membership is nonrefundable for missed events because we commit to participation costs with our partners even when a participant cannot attend. Exception: If Without Limits cancels an event, we will reschedule it or provide a credit for that individual activity.


  • Yes! A personal assistant (PA) may attend to support your participant. In some cases, Without Limits may require a 1:1 support person to ensure your participant’s support needs are met. Please contact us before the event to discuss any additional support needs.


  • Yes, funding may be available through the Self-Determination Program (SDP) or traditional Regional Center funding, subject to your participant’s authorization. Without Limits works with a variety of Financial Management Services (FMS) providers to help families access resources. We have worked with Harbor Regional Center, Orange County Regional Center, ACE, Accura, and Mains’l. Contact us before enrolling to discuss your funding arrangement.
